In this initial analysis, the combined 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/mpMRI proved to be a valuable imaging tool to guide prostate biopsies for the detection of PC in patients with a negative prior biopsy.

A statistical deformation model (SDM) is derived from 50 automatically segmented patient datasets and proposed a novel registration scheme based on a lesion-specific, anisotropic preconditioned similarity metric for multi-modal biopsy guidance.
MP13-15 68GA-PSMA-11 PET/MPMRI FOR DETECTION OF PRIMARY PROSTATE CANCER IN PREVIOUSLY NEGATIVE-BIOPSIED MEN
PET/MRI has the potential to serve as an all-in-one imaging modality for prostate cancer detection, localisation and staging and demonstrates superior diagnostic accuracy in disease localisation compared to 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT and at least equivalent accuracy to mpMRI.
