- BusinessIEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications
- 1 July 2003
A robust symbol-timing and carrier-frequency synchronization scheme applicable to orthogonal frequency-division-multiplexing systems is presented and a new performance measure is introduced for timing estimation, based on the plot of signal to timing-error-induced average interference power ratio against the timing estimate shift.

- Computer ScienceIEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications
- 18 May 2016
A low-complexity online algorithm is proposed, namely, the Lyapunov optimization-based dynamic computation offloading algorithm, which jointly decides the offloading decision, the CPU-cycle frequencies for mobile execution, and the transmit power for computation offload and is shown to be asymptotically optimal via rigorous analysis.
