It is reported the first occurrence of established populations of Anentome helena in a non-native habitat, and CO1 sequences of the species from the wild are provided.

Two clusters of limestone hills in central Perak with distinct differences in land snail species composition are identified – a northern hill cluster on elevated granite bedrock and southern hill cluster in a low-lying valley surrounded by alluvial soils.

Twenty-three species of Alycaeus are now recognised in Peninsular Malaysia through the examination of 5137 specimens in 522 collection lots from all major museum collections and literature sources, with a total of 11 new species proposed.
