Mode of onset of ventricular fibrillation in patients with early repolarization pattern vs. Brugada syndrome.
This study provides additional evidence in support of the hypothesis that ER pattern in the ECG is not always benign and transient augmentation of global J waves may be indicative of a highly arrhythmogenic substrate heralding multiple episodes of VF in patients with ER pattern.
Circadian and Seasonal Variations of Ventricular Tachyarrhythmias in Patients with Early Repolarization Syndrome and Brugada Syndrome: Analysis of Patients with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator
Circadian and Seasonal Variation in Early Repolarization Syndrome is found to be a major cause of uncertainty in the prognosis of early repolarization syndrome.
Supraventricular tachyarrhythmias in patients with a persistent left superior vena cava
The proportion and characteristics of PLSVC in adult SVA patients, including type and procedural outcomes of radiofrequency catheter ablation in these patients were investigated and the results were as follows: successful slow pathway modification in six of seven patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), successful ablation of accessory pathway in three of four patients withatrial tachy Cardia.
Real-world comparison of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants and warfarin in Asian octogenarian patients with atrial fibrillation
NOACs were highly effective for prevention of stroke or systemic embolism in Asian octogenarian AF patients, however, major bleeding occurred excessively high in both anticoagulant groups.
Left Atrionodal Connections in Typical and Atypical Atrioventricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardias: Activation Sequence in the Coronary Sinus and Results of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation
The presence of atrionodal connections and coronary sinus breakthrough in atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) has been suggested, but the incidence, anatomic relationship withReentrant circuit, and results of catheter ablation are unknown.
Assessing Accuracy of Wrist-Worn Wearable Devices in Measurement of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia Heart Rate
Wrist-worn wearable devices accurately measure baseline and induced SVT HR and showed differences between the devices.

Effect of substrate modification in catheter ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation: pulmonary vein isolation alone or with complex fractionated electrogram ablation.
It is found that CFEA after pulmonary vein isolation significantly reduced recurrent atrial tachyarrhythmias and might modify the pattern of arrhythmia recurrence in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
