Spintronics devices are based on the up or down spin of the electrons rather than on electrons or holes as in the traditional semiconductor electronics devices. Magnetic processors using spintronics devices in principle are much faster and with the potential features of nonvolatile, lower power consumption and higher integration density compared with… (More)
In EM scattering theory we introduce a fast method for evaluating the [B/sub m/] vector in the equation [A/sub mk/][J/sub k/(t/sub n/)]=[B/sub m/] where [J/sub k/(t/sub n/)] is a vector whose element J/sub k/(t/sub n/) denotes the current density on the kth spatial patch at time t/sub n/, [A/sub mk/] is a matrix describing instantaneous interactions between… (More)
This paper presents a time-domain volume integral equation based scheme for simulating electromagnetic scattering from nonlinear cylinders. Numerical results obtained using this method are in excellent agreement with data obtained using the FDTD method.
