Is the volume-outcome relation still an issue in the era of PCI with systematic stenting? Results of the greater Paris area PCI registry.
- C. Spaulding, M. Morice, N. de Vernejoul
- Medicine, Political ScienceEuropean Heart Journal
- 2006
In the era of modern stenting, a clear inverse relationship exists between hospital PTCA volume and in-hospital mortality after emergency procedures, and tolerance of low-volume thresholds for angioplasty centres with the purpose of providing primary P TCA in AMI should not be recommended, even in underserved areas.

Growth hormone testing for the diagnosis of growth hormone deficiency in childhood: a population register-based study.
- J. Carel, J. Tresca, J. Coste
- Medicine, BiologyJournal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism
- 1 July 1997
It is concluded that GHST should be performed with a very limited number of agents, interpreted after the establishment of reference values in age-matched normal children, and associated with other clinical and biochemical parameters for establishing the diagnosis of GHD.
Long term results of growth hormone treatment in France in children of short stature: population, register based study
- Joёl Coste, M. Letrait, J. Job
- MedicineBMJ
- 20 September 1997
The outcome of children of short stature with growth hormone deficiency who were treated with growth hormones has been less favourable than initially assumed and growth hormone treatment did not restore the genetic growth potential and should not be considered as a replacement treatment.
Interleukin-6 receptor signaling. II. Bio-availability of interleukin-6 in serum.
- J. Gaillard, M. Pugnière, J. Tresca, J. Mani, B. Klein, J. Brochier
- BiologyEuropean Cytokine Network
- 7 September 1999
According to this model, the IL-6/sIL-6R complex appears to be an important support of IL- 6 signaling in the most commonly encountered in vivo situations; its bio-availability should be efficiently buffered by increased sgp130 concentrations.

Comparative activity of peroxidase-antibody conjugates with periodate and glutaraldehyde coupling according to an enzyme immunoassay.
Comparison of immunoenzymatic activities showed that periodate-mediated conjugation was much more efficient, because the activity of the coupling products was about 100 times greater than that of the products obtained after one or two-step conjugations with glutaraldehyde.

Quality Control of Coated Antibodies: New, Rapid Determination of Binding Affinity
- R. Ricoux, B. Chazaud, J. Tresca, M. Pontet
- BiologyClinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine
- 25 January 2000
This procedure allows evaluation of the efficiency of an antibody as a coated tool for an immunoassay by determining the affinity constant between a fluid-phase biotinylated antigen and a solid-phase monoclonal antibody.
[Experimental data on estradiol 3,17-diethers (author's transl)].
- J. Tresca, G. Ponsard, D. Pigne, M. Jayle
- BiologyAnnales d'Endocrinologie
- 1977
A comparison of the uptake on the uterus and of uterotrophic effects as well as an analysis of radioactivity taken up indicates that a cleavage of both ether groups of promestriene occurs leading to estradiol.
