Morphological and molecular characterization of Cladosporium cladosporioides species complex causing pecan tree leaf spot.
TLDR
The present study provides an important example of a methodology to ascertain similarity between isolates of this complex causing leaf spot in pecan trees, which should facilitate future pathogenicity studies.
Essential Oil of the Brazilian Native Species Hesperozygis ringens: A Potential Alternative to Control Weeds
TLDR
The results indicate that the extractive has the potential to control weeds because they were more affected than the crops.
FIRST REPORT OF SPECIES IN THE CLADOSPORIUM CLADOSPORIOIDES COMPLEX CAUSING PECAN LEAF SPOT IN BRAZIL
TLDR
This is the first report of C. cladosporioides, C. pseudocladosporioide and C. subuliforme causing pecan leaf spot in Brazil as well as in the world.
Characterization and Pathogenicity of Fusarium oxysporum Associated with Carya illinoinensis Seedlings
TLDR
The causative agent of root rot in C. illinoinensis seedlings in the nursery was identified as Fusarium oxysporum, showing that the most suitable genes for identification were ITS and tef1-α.
Antagonism and Effect of Volatile Metabolites of Trichoderma spp. on Cladosporium spp.
Pecan is susceptible to the occurrence of diseases capable of harming its development, and leaf spot caused by Cladosporium spp is among them. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyze the
MYCELIAL GROWTH AND SPORULATION OF Fusarium spp. PATHOGENIC TO Ilex paraguariensis IN DIFFERENT CULTURE MEDIA AND UNDER EXPOSURE TO DIFFERENT LIGHT LEVELS.
O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de diferentes meios de cultura e niveis de luminosidade no crescimento micelial e esporulacao de isolados de Fusarium spp. patogenicos a Ilex
Aggressiveness of Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani isolates to yerba-mate and production of extracellular enzymes
ABSTRACT The yerba-mate (Ilex paraguariensis) has great socioeconomic importance on family farming in Southerm Brazil. One of the main yerba-mate disease is root rotting, caused by Fusarium spp.
