COVID-19 and Thrombotic or Thromboembolic Disease: Implications for Prevention, Antithrombotic Therapy, and Follow-Up
Argatroban Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients With Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia
Argatroban anticoagulation, compared with historical control subjects, improves clinical outcomes in patients who have heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, without increasing bleeding risk.

Prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism--International Consensus Statement.
The aim of this document is to provide a clear and concise account of the evidence regarding efficacy or harm for various methods available to prevent and manage venous thromboembolism (VTE).
A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase 2b Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Recombinant Human Soluble Thrombomodulin, ART-123, in Patients With Sepsis and Suspected…
ART-123 is a safe intervention in critically ill patients with sepsis and suspected disseminated intravascular coagulation and evidence suggestive of efficacy supporting further development of this drug in sepsi-associated coagulopathy is provided.
The treatment consists in discontinuing heparin administration and in setting up an alternative treatment for which two drugs are indicated in France: Orgaran and Refludan.

A concave quadratic equation described the associations between plasma venlafaxine concentrations and IL1β, T NFα, TNFα, and MCP-1, suggesting that these biomarkers may have become selectively lowered in the serotonergic dose range of venl Lafaxine.
Proinflammatory cytokines in the prefrontal cortex of teenage suicide victims.
Treatment of severe veno-occlusive disease with defibrotide: compassionate use results in response without significant toxicity in a high-risk population.
Nineteen patients who developed severe VOD after SCT were treated with DF on a compassionate-use basis and the observed response rate, survival to day +100, and absence of significant DF treatment-associated toxicity are compelling and warrant further evaluation.
