Length–weight relationships for selected fish species from three eastern Adriatic estuarine systems (Croatia)
Summary Length–weight relationships are presented for fish species from three eastern Adriatic estuarine systems (Croatian waters). The values of the parameter b mostly remained within the…

Introduced marine species in Croatian waters (Eastern Adriatic Sea)
This work provides a checklist of introduced species in Croatian waters, of which 61 species are alien and 52 introduced, due to climate change.
Long-term changes in landings of small pelagic fish in the eastern Adriatic — possible influence of climate oscillations over the Northern Hemisphere
In order to establish the connection between the hydroclimate variables and pelagic species, year-to-year fluctuations of small pelagic fish landings in the eastern Adriatic coast were compared to…
Age, growth and mortality of damselfish (Chromis chromis L.) in the eastern middle Adriatic
Age, growth, maturity, mortality, and yield-per-recruit for annular sea bream (Diplodus annularis L.) from the eastern middle Adriatic Sea
Estimated parameters and the relative yield-per-recruit analysis did not indicate any overexploitation of the species in the study area, however, the estimates include uncertainties and require further confirmation, especially of the natural mortality.

Striped sea bream, Lithognathus mormyrus L., are hermaphoroditic protandrous fish, indicating the males change sex mainly at lengths between 25.0 and 32.5 cm, with more than 30% of the population changing sex in age class 6 to 7.

Lagocephalus sceleratus is the third Lessepsian fish species from the Adriatic Sea with more than one record and more evidence is needed to indicate establishment of populations of these species in the AdRIatic Sea.
