The species composition of the most common enterobacteria isolated from the intestine of 825 patients with intestinal dysbacteriosis and 292 small mammals of different species is compared.
The article presents the current ideas of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment of the congenital disease of the large intestine--Hirschsprung's disease of adults. In addition, the article describes a rare clinical case of the Hirschsprung's disease in two sisters from the same family.
