Pharmacokinetics of acrylamide in Fisher-344 rats.
The rapid elimination of parent compound was due mainly to biotransformation since less that 2% of the dose was excreted unchanged in the urine and bile, and the metabolism of acrylamide appears to be mediated through glutathione conjugation in the liver since the major urinary metabolite was N-acetyl-S-(3-amino-3-oxypropyl)cysteine. Dermal absorption of phthalate diesters in rats.
Data show that the structure of the phthalate diester determines the degree of dermal absorption in the rat, and that this compound was poorly absorbed and showed almost no urinary excretion. Expand
