The uptake kinetic of furalaxyl enantiomers fitted the first-order kinetics well and the calculated kinetic parameters were consistent with the low accumulation efficiency; in other words, the bioaccumulation of fricaxyl was enantioselective in earthworm tissue with a preferential accumulation of S-furalxyl.
