Robust Polyoxometalate/Nickel Foam Composite Electrodes for Sustained Electrochemical Oxygen Evolution at High pH.
A facile one-step hydrothermal route to deposit microcrystals of a robust Dexter-Silverton polyoxometalate oxygen evolution catalyst on a commercial nickel foam electrode is described, providing a blueprint for the stable "wiring" of POM catalysts to commercial metal foam substrates, thus giving access to technologically relevant composite OER electrodes.
Dawson-Type Polyoxomolybdate Anions (P2 Mo18 O626- ) Captured by Ionic Liquid on Graphene Oxide as High-Capacity Anode Material for Lithium-Ion Batteries.
Galvanostatic cycling tests, CV measurements, and AC impedance spectra reveal that the POMs in the GO-IL-P2 Mo18 nanocomposite give an enhanced specific capacity during the Lithium insertion/extraction process, and the IL provides a favored contact between the electrolyte and the electrode.
Facile Preparation of Ultrathin Co3 O4 /Nanocarbon Composites with Greatly Improved Surface Activity as a Highly Efficient Oxygen Evolution Reaction Catalyst.
A new composite material is reported based on ultrathin 2D Co3 O4 nanosheets and reduced graphene oxides (rGO) by means of a one-pot hydrothermal strategy and shows excellent OER performance.
Sphingomyelin Favors. Precipitation of Negatively Charged Liposomes in 1 mM Ca2
AbstractEarlier studies showed that calcium and sphingomyelin increase in aortic intimal tissue with age. Liposomes having different aortic phospholipid concentrations were prepared to ascertain if
