OBJECTIVE In response to previously published findings of methylphenidate-induced chromosomal changes in children, this study was designed to determine whether methylphenidate- or amphetamine-based drugs induce chromosomal damage (structural aberrations, micronuclei, and sister chromatid exchanges) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of children with… (More)
We report a 55-year-old man with angiosarcoma of the cecum who presented with generalized colicky abdominal pain with a mass in the periumbilical region. The lesion at surgery was a colo-colic intussusception extending to the midtransverse colon. A radical right hemicolectomy was done. Metastases to regional lymph nodes were noted in the specimen.

Ultrasonographic imaging accurately delineated the extent of the hematoma, However, the site of the leak could not be identified at surgery and the patient could not be saved.
In the title compound, C(17)H(15)NO(2)S(2), the 3H-benzo[f]chromene ring system is distinctly twisted; the dihedral angle between the pyran ring and its opposite benzene ring is 9.11 (8)°. The N,N-dimethyl-carbamodithio-ate residue lies almost perpendicular to the pyran ring [dihedral angle = 85.15 (7)°]. In the crystal, weak C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the… (More)
