A wearable sensory system for human lower extremity motion analysis is proposed, and an intelligent computation method for this sensory system is presented. The standard method for human motion analysis is the optical motion analysis using high-speed cameras to record human 3D motion, but this method is only limited in the laboratory research, because it(More)
Direct comparison between competitive process flows showed that the eSiGe-S/D-last flow is the most promising CMOS integration process for manufacturing 45-nm technology node and beyond because it has good extensibility with various performance boosters, has fewer process steps and suppresses electrical fluctuations. The eSiGe-S/D-last (after offset spacer(More)
A new catalytic asymmetric oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides in water using the hypervalent iodine(V) reagent iodoxybenzene (PhIO2) has been developed. This methodology is distinctly different from the previously reported use of cyclodextrins or biological catalysts and provides a new route to asymmetric sulfoxidation in water.
(001)/(100)-oriented epitaxial Pb(Zr0.44Ti0.56)O3 (PZT) film with 2.4 mum thickness and complex domain structures were grown on SrRuO3-coated (001) KTaO3 single crystal substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. Newly developed two-dimensional X-ray diffraction was carried out the structural(More)
