Pharmacokinetics of eltoprazine in healthy male subjects after single dose oral and intravenous administration.
- M. Raghoebar, M. Mak, A. Cournot, M. Pistorius, J. van Harten, H. Roseboom
- British journal of clinical pharmacology
- 1 December 1990
The kinetics, safety and tolerability of eltoprazine hydrochloride were studied in an open, cross-over, partially randomised design after single oral (8 mg) and intravenous (3 and 8 mg) doses to 12… Expand
Determination of the herbicide glyphosate and its major metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid by high-performance liquid chromatography after fluorescence labelling
Summary Glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid can be determined after derivatization with 9-fluorenylmethylchloroformate. Responses are linear over wide ranges; the limits of detection are about… Expand
Oxidation kinetics of phenothiazine and 10-methylphenothiazine in acidic medium.
The rate of phenothiazine degradation in an acidic oxygen-saturated medium was studied and it appears that the degradation rate appears to be pH independent up to pH 7.0. Expand
Determination of valproic acid (di-N-propyl acetic acid) in plasma by gas-liquid chromatography with pre-column butylation.
- A. Hulshoff, H. Roseboom

- Clinica chimica acta; international journal of…
- 2 April 1979
The gas-liquid chromatographic procedure is rapid and sensitive, and the back-extraction step with methanolic tetramethylammonium hydroxide results in clean chromatogram obtained from blank plasma. Expand
Improved detectability of barbiturates in high-performance liquid chromatography by pre-column labelling and ultraviolet detection
Using a variable-wavelength detector set at 249 nm, 1 ng of N,N-dinaphthacylphenobarbital could be detected after chromatography using a high-performance liquid chromatograph equipped with a microparticulate reversed-phase column. Expand
Rapid and simple clean-up and derivatization procedure for the gas chromatographic determination of acidic drugs in plasma.
A rapid and simple clean-up and derivatization procedure that can be generally applied to the gas chromatographic (GC) determination of acidic drugs of various chemical and therapeutic classes is… Expand
Determination of triazine herbicides in various crops by capillary gas chromatography with thermionic detection
Abstract The qualitative and quantitative analysis of triazine herbicides by gas chromatography was studied using packed and capillary columns, combined with either an electrolytic conductivity… Expand
Reversed-phase ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography of nitrophenols
Abstract The reversed-phase ion-pair performance liquid cchromatography of nitrophenols, using hexadecyltrimethylammonium as the pairing ion, is described. It is shown that with this system the… Expand
Determination of phenoxy carboxylic acid pesticides by gas and liquid chromatography
Abstract Various methods for the chromatographic determination of carboxylic acids are described and compared. These include gas chromatography (GC) after pentafluorobenzylation, high-performance… Expand
Pharmacokinetics of papaverine hydrochloride and the biopharmaceutics of its oral dosage forms.

The pharmacokinetics of completely metabolized papaverine hydrochloride were characterized by a linear sum of three exponentials on intravenous administration with respective 1.5, 19 and 107 min apparent half lives, indicating that the clearance of protein-bound drug was consistent with the observed first pass metabolism of 70% for oral solutions.
