Energy decomposition analysis of covalent bonds and intermolecular interactions.

An energy decomposition analysis method is implemented for the analysis of both covalent bonds and intermolecular interactions on the basis of single-determinant Hartree-Fock wavefunctions and their density functional theory analogs, which shows that this algorithm is simple and robust. Expand

Microfluidic chip-based silver nanoparticles aptasensor for colorimetric detection of thrombin.
Thrombin at concentrations as low as 20pM can be detected using this aptasensor without signal amplification, demonstrating that it had good selectivity over other proteins and it could be a useful strategy to detect other targets with two affinity binding sites for ligands as well. Expand
