Oral levofloxacin can be administered in a once-daily regimen as an alternative to other fluoroquinolones in the treatment of infections of the urinary tract, skin and soft tissues and appears to have improved activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae.
Pantoprazole: an update of its pharmacological properties and therapeutic use in the management of acid-related disorders.
TLDR
Oral and intravenous pantoprazole appear to be well tolerated in patients with acid-related disorders in short- and long-term trials and limited data suggest that it is also effective in Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and in preventing ulcer rebleeding.

TLDR
Infliximab appears to be an effective therapy for patients with treatment-resistant or fistulising Crohn's disease or refractory rheumatoid arthritis and the tolerability, long term efficacy and optimal dosage regimen need to be further defined in comparative trials before the full potential of infliximab is realised in these patients.
Infliximab: a review of its use in the management of rheumatoid arthritis.
TLDR
If preliminary results indicating that infliximab is able to arrest joint destruction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are corroborated, the drug will likely become an integral component of future management strategies for this difficult-to-treat condition.
Ceftriaxone: an update of its use in the management of community-acquired and nosocomial infections.
TLDR
As a result of its strong activity against S. pneumoniae, ceftriaxone holds an important place, either alone or as part of a combination regimen, in the treatment of invasive pneumococcal infections, including those with reduced beta-lactam susceptibility.
Zopiclone. An update of its pharmacology, clinical efficacy and tolerability in the treatment of insomnia.
TLDR
Although the available data on rebound insomnia and dependence liability are encouraging, potential differences between zopiclone and the benzodiazepines in these respects may have little clinical relevance in the context of short term intermittent use of hypnotics, as it currently recommended.
Levofloxacin: an updated review of its use in the treatment of bacterial infections.
TLDR
Levofloxacin continues to demonstrate good clinical efficacy in the treatment of a range of infections, including those in which S. pneumoniae is a potential pathogen, and may be cost-saving in comparison to conventional therapies.
Exemestane: a review of its use in postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer.
TLDR
Exemestane is effective in postmenopausal patients with tamoxifen-refractory advanced breast cancer, prolonging time to disease progression and treatment failure and improving survival compared with megestrol treatment, and has an acceptable tolerability profile and a convenient once daily oral dosage regimen.
Fluoxetine : A review of its use in anxiety disorders and mixed anxiety and depression
TLDR
Fluoxetine is effective in the short term treatment of panic, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress and obsessive-compulsive disorders, and may be effective in patients experiencing anxiety symptoms and depression.
Donepezil: a review of its use in Alzheimer's disease.
TLDR
