Perfect proton selectivity in ion transport through two-dimensional crystals
This work shows that mechanically exfoliated crystals exhibit perfect proton selectivity, corroborating proton transport through the bulk without atomic-scale defects, and corroborates the previous conclusion that thermal protons can pierce defect-free two-dimensional crystals.
Gilvimarinus polysaccharolyticus sp. nov., an agar-digesting bacterium isolated from seaweed, and emended description of the genus Gilvimarinus.
It is proposed that strain YN3(T), isolated from a seaweed sample taken from the coast of Weihai, China, represents a novel species of the genus Gilvimarinus, for which the name Gil vimarinus polysaccharolyticus sp.
