Management Support with Structured and Unstructured Data—An Integrated Business Intelligence Framework
Three types of approaches for tackling the respective challenges are distinguished and the approaches are mapped to a three layer BI framework and discussed regarding challenges and business potential.

The results show that agility requirements can be effectively confined to areas more exposed to turbulence as long as the architecture is designed in a pertinent way -- and if it is supported by suitable organizational measures.
