The records of 134 patients with the clinical diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were evaluated. The conditions of 74 patients could be categorized as "serious" based on hemorrhagic complications and magnitude of proteinuria, BP abnormality, and pyrexia.
