Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions was the first Undergraduate Nursing Program to incorporate the Standardized Patient Experience as a requirement for the completion of the Undergraduate Nursing Degree. This requirement has resulted in positive student outcomes and increased student satisfaction.
Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions incorporates informatics in all aspects of the undergraduate and graduate curriculums. With the overwhelming need to recruit and retain more nursing faculty, providing faculty development is imperative. The authors discuss the design, implementation, and evaluation of a virtual Nursing Faculty Resource Center, allowing easy replication in other nursing institutions.
