- Xumin Gao, Jia-qiang Yang, Qing-jun Wu
- Biology, MedicineInternational Journal of Molecular Sciences
- 1 March 2016
The results indicate that the overexpression of CYP340W1 plays an important role in abamectin resistance in P. xylostella.
Genome-wide Identification and Expression Analysis of Amino Acid Transporters in the Whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius)
- Jixing Xia, Zezhong Yang, Youjun Zhang
- BiologyInternational Journal on Biological Sciences
- 16 May 2017
The analysis of evolutionary rates indicated that purifying selection can explain the B. tabaci-specific AAAP expansion, and a genome-wide and transcriptome-wide investigation of the following two families of AATs in B.tabaci is presented.
