The Sixth Visual Object Tracking VOT2018 Challenge Results
The Visual Object Tracking challenge VOT2018 is the sixth annual tracker benchmarking activity organized by the VOT initiative. Results of over eighty trackers are presented; many areExpand
Cloud computing adoption by SMEs in the north east of England: A multi-perspective framework
An SME cloud computing adoption model that was theoretically grounded in the TOE framework was developed, and it was shown that the three contexts of this framework (technological, organisational, and environmental) are connected to each other. Expand
Learning Spatial-Temporal Regularized Correlation Filters for Visual Tracking
The spatial-temporal regularized correlation filters (STRCF) formulation can not only serve as a reasonable approximation to SRDCF with multiple training samples, but also provide a more robust appearance model thanSRDCF in the case of large appearance variations. Expand
Annual Report Readability, Current Earnings, and Earnings Persistence
This paper examines the relation between annual report readability and firm performance and earnings persistence. I measure the readability of public company annual reports using the Fog index fromExpand
Clinical progression of patients with COVID-19 in Shanghai, China
The clinical progression pattern suggests that early control of viral replication and application of host-directed therapy in later stage is essential to improve the prognosis of CVOID-19. Expand
The Histone Mark H3K36me3 Regulates Human DNA Mismatch Repair through Its Interaction with MutSα
It is shown that an epigenetic histone mark, H3K36me3, is required in vivo to recruit the mismatch recognition protein hMutSα onto chromatin through direct interactions with the hMSH6 PWWP domain. Expand
Vitamin C enhances the generation of mouse and human induced pluripotent stem cells.
It is reported that a natural compound, vitamin C (Vc), enhances iPSC generation from both mouse and human somatic cells, acts at least in part by alleviating cell senescence, a recently identified roadblock for reprogramming. Expand
MetaBAT 2: an adaptive binning algorithm for robust and efficient genome reconstruction from metagenome assemblies
We previously reported on MetaBAT, an automated metagenome binning software tool to reconstruct single genomes from microbial communities for subsequent analyses of uncultivated microbial species.Expand
Myc Stimulates Nuclearly Encoded Mitochondrial Genes and Mitochondrial Biogenesis
It is found that Myc binds the TFAM gene, which encodes a key transcriptional regulator and mitochondrial DNA replication factor, both in P493-6 lymphocytes with high ectopic MYC expression and in serum-stimulated primary human 2091 fibroblasts with induced endogenous MYC, which supports a pivotal role for Myc in regulating mitochondrial biogenesis. Intraneuronal Alzheimer abeta42 accumulates in multivesicular bodies and is associated with synaptic pathology.
Using immunoelectron microscopy, it is reported that beta-amyloid 42 localized predominantly to multivesicular bodies of neurons in normal mouse, rat, and human brain, and in brains from Alzheimer transgenic mice and human Alzheimer brain. Expand
