Screening and characterization of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from isolate of thermophilic bacteria
TLDR
The aims of this study were to select bacteria that has the ability to dissolve phosphate from thermophilic bacteria isolates after the Merapi eruption and there were 14 isolates of bacteria that were able to dissolved phosphate indicated by a clear zone surrounding the bacterial colony on selective media.

Molecular Identification of Several Orchid Species Based on OPA10 and OPA18 RAPD Marker

The results of the analysis showed that there was genetic diversity in 9 orchid plants tested, and intra-species orchids show higher similarity than inter-species, and primer OPA 10, OPA18, and a combination of both shows polymorphism in intra- Species orchid.
