Molecular evidence for the polyphyly of Olearia (Astereae: Asteraceae)
It is concluded that those species placed within the second primary clade of Olearia should be removed from the genus, but the extent to which species place within the firstPrimary clade constitute a monophyletic group can only be resolved with further sequence data. Expand
A reassessment of tribal affinities of the enigmatic genera Printzia and Isoetopsis (Asteraceae), based on three chloroplast sequences
Phylogenetic analysis indicates that both Printzia and Isoetopsis have a strong affinity with members of the tribe Astereae. Expand
A reassessment of tribal affinities of Cratystylis and Haegiela (Asteraceae) based on three chloroplast DNA sequences
Phylogenetic analysis indicates that Cratystylis has strong support as a member of the tribe Plucheeae, whereas Haegiela is a members of Gnaphalieae, which confirms the need for the separation of the two genera. Expand
A revision of the Australian endemic genus Pentalepis (Asteraceae: Ecliptinae)
The genus Pentalepis F.Muell, resurrected by Karis et al. in 1993, with two species, after being for many years included in Moonia Arn, has been studied morphologically across its full range and four new species are described. Expand
