A saline solution for anterior chamber infusion that preserves the outflow resistance of the monkey eye has been described and data are given showing the degree of uncertainty of measurements of outflow facility and intraocular pressure with the two-level constant pressure infusion method.

Iodipamide seems to be accumulated by one Hippurate-sensitive system shared with o-iodohippurate and at least one other, hippurate-insensitive system that dominates in liver and choroid plexus and in cat kidney cortex.
Hyaluronic acid and hyaluronidase in the aqueous humour and the angle of the anterior chamber.
In addition to its immediate action in low concentrations, hyaluronidase in high concentrations induces a further slow decrease in resistance of the angle, which is not inhibited by diethyldithiocarbamate.
The mode of action of pilocarpine on outflow resistance in the eye of a primate (Cercopithecus ethiops).

Facility of outflow in the eye of the vervet monkey Cercopithecus ethiops was studied by constant-rate and by constant -pressure infusion, thought to represent a pilocarpine action directly on the endothelial cells of the outflow system, possibly a histamine-like action on the vascular wall of Schlemm's canal.
Topical epinephrine effects on true outflow resistance and pseudofacility in vervet monkeys studied by a new anterior chamber perfusion technique.

The early effect of epinephrine on outfloio facility is a double one, and the effect on pseudofacility toill be more important whentrue facility is low, than on true outflow resistance, when true facility is high.
Adrenergic drug effects on aqueous outflow facility following ciliary muscle retrodisplacement in the cynomolgus monkey.

The results prove that the epinephrine- and norepinephrine-induced facility increase in cynomolgus eyes is not mediated by the iris or ciliary muscle and suggest that the increase in total facility is due largely to increased facility across the trabecular meshwork.
The relation between the ciliary muscle and the trabecular meshwork and its importance for the effect of miotics on aqueous outflow resistance
Comparative studies of the effect of miotics in several species of monkeys were started and it was observed that the facility increase caused by a standard dose of pilocarpine differs much more from individual to individual in the cynomolgns monkey Macaea irns, than in the East African vervet monkey, Cereopitheeus ethiops.
