First isolations of Barur virus (Rhabdoviridae) from ticks (Acari: Ixodidae) in Africa.
Three strains of Barur virus (Rhabdoviridae) were isolated from adult Rhipicephalus pulchellus ticks collected from camels near Mogadisho, Somalia, in 1974, extending knowledge of the geographic distribution and ecology of this virus. Expand
