This paper proposes an idea of an accelerometer based on surface acoustic waves. Such devices should be able to survive high shocks (up to 65 000 g) and still be small, energy efficient and low-cost. Theory basics, design concepts, experimental and modeling results are discussed.
The results of treatment of 330 patients with complicated diseases and traumas of the colon were analyzed. The treatment included primary resection of the colon with the formation of separate double-trunked (220 patients) and single-trunked (110 patients) colostomies.
