Determination of cationic surfactants in water samples by their enhanced resonance light scattering with azoviolet
TLDR
A simple assay of cationic surfactants in water samples was developed based on the measurements of enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS), successfully made with a recovery of 90.5~108.6% and the limit of determination (3σ) is 2.1×10–8 M.
Determination of proteins with Fast Red VR by a corrected resonance light-scattering technique.
TLDR
With measurements of the CRLS signals of the interaction of Fast Red VR and proteins, it is proved that the present correction for the RLS spectra in terms of the molecular absorption of excitation and scattering radiation can improve the detection sensitivity by about two fold.
A sensitive immunosensor for microcystin-(leucine–arginine) based on fluorescent self-assembled multilayers
In this paper, a novel fluorescent immunosensor based on self-assembled multilayers was constructed to detect microcystin-(leucine–arginine). CdTe quantum dots were firstly assembled on the quartz
Determination of Proteins with Ponceau G by Compensating for the Molecular Absorption Decreased Resonance Light Scattering Signals
Abstract Molecular absorption in an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) system decreases the enhanced RLS signals detected by using a common spectrofluorometer, lowering the detection
Study on the Interaction of Alaminum Ion with Deoxyribonucleic Acid by Resonance Light Scattering Measurement
In an acidic medium of pH2.21, the interaction of Al~(3+) with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) results in enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) spectra characterized by a peak at 291 nm. That is,
Properties of a Graphene Oxide-Balofloxacin Composite and Its Effect on Bacteriostasis
A novel graphene oxide-balofloxacin nanocomposite was synthesized, and the loading and release behavior of fluorescent antibacterial balofloxacin on graphene oxide was investigated. The surface
