Long-term outcome of boys with posterior urethral valves.

Guidelines for colorectal cancer screening and surveillance in moderate and high risk groups (update from 2002)

Duplications of the lower urinary tract in children.

Myelomeningocele in young adults
TLDR
In those who have reached adulthood, life-expectancy is still shortened and there is an increased risk of atherosclerosis in patients with spina bifida, even in the absence of obesity.
Pregnancy after lower urinary tract reconstruction for congenital abnormalities
TLDR
Pregnancy in women with treated and reconstructed congenital urinary tract abnormalities found that pregnancy had no long‐term effect on renal function and did not compromise reconstruction, but there was a substantial complication rate and an increased need for Caesarean section.
Renal outcome in adults with renal insufficiency and irregular asymmetric kidneys
TLDR
There is a watershed GFR of 40–50 ml/min at which ACEI treatment can be successful at improving renal outcome, and the similar outcome of the two groups supports the nephrological nature of progressive renal failure in young men born with abnormal bladders.
