Concentration and movement of diazinon in air.
Airborne concentrations of diazinon were measured in rooms for 21 days after crack and crevice application and small amounts of d Diazinon (corrected to an 8 min application period) were detected on respirator pads and waist pads worn by the applicator.
Insecticide movement following application to crevices in rooms
Houseflies in cages near the ceiling, exposed to an insecticide, and forcedAir movement, exhibited greater mortality than those in cages on the floor, while the reverse was true for houseflies in rooms with no forced air movement.
Chlorpyrifos and diazinon detection on surfaces in dormitory rooms
Effects of five insect growth regulators on laboratory populations of the North American house-dust mite,Dermatophagoides farinae
Almost all concentration of the insect growth regulators were shown to be ineffective when assayed 90 days after treatment and diflubenzuron and triflumuron, two chitin-synthesis inhibitors, failed to suppress mite numbers and may, in fact, stimulate reproduction in some cases.
