A case of a left coronary artery fistula to the left ventricle successfully by surgery treated is reported. The medical literature was reviewed, and it is concluded that because of the surgical low mortality rate, all cases of coronary fistula, diagnosed by angiography and cardiac catheterization, ought to be submitted to surgical treatment.
