Bazex syndrome is a rare cutaneous paraneoplastic phenomenon not previously reported in association with neuroendocrine tumours. We describe a patient who responded well to treatment with octreotide.
A case of papillary tubular adenoma of the skin in a 31-year-old black man is reported. This lesion is also termed papillary eccrine adenoma, and it commonly occurs in the extremities.
