Cell disruption is necessary for the extraction of DNA, RNA or proteins from bacterial, plant and animal origin. Therefore a fast disruption method that is able to serve routine requirements and can deal with a great number of samples is advantageous. In this study we describe a fast DNA extraction method from seeds and amplification with PCR.
