Fungal strain, Aspergillus clavatus MTCC1323 under solid state fermentation was found to produce enzymes having potential of degrading the biofilms of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus.

The present study deals with the synthesis of some novel pyrazoline derivatives as antimicrobial agents and the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, Infrared (IR), H and C NMR and mass spectrometry.
