We present transverse momentum distributions of charged hadrons produced in Au+Au collisions at √ s NN = 200 GeV. The evolution of the spectra for transverse momenta p T from 0.25 to 5 GeV/c is studied as a function of collision centrality over a range from 65 to 344 participating nucleons. We find a significant change of the spectral shape between p¯ p and(More)
The SLD detector consists of five major subsystems, each with associated front-end electronics and an integrated FASTBUS control and data acquisition system. This paper highlights the choices among electronic technologies that have been developed for the SLD detector electronics. The common control, calibration, and data acquisition architectures are(More)
Many protocols, for zone 1 flexor tendon injuries, encourage early motion of the injured phalanx. Attempts to secure some form of dynamic traction to the distal end of the digit can be the most challenging part of the splint fabrication. It can be even more difficult and painful for the patient when a button is necessary to help secure the tendon. This(More)
