Sperm Quality Over Consecutive Spermatophore Regenerations in the Pacific White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei
This procedure allows selecting individuals with high baseline sperm quality based on significant correlations between baseline and regenerated sperm quality observed in the present work, and indicates that the existing spermatophores at stocking of males should be expelled to have higher sperm quality in regenerated sperMatophores.
Growth and reproduction of the lion's paw scallop Nodipecten subnodosus in a suspended culture system at Guerrero Negro lagoon, Baja California Sur, Mexico
The results, together with the analysis of previous reports, indicate that N. subnodosus has a higher preference for temperate areas; therefore, the Guerrero Negro lagoon appears to be a suitable site to culture this species.

It is concluded that temperatures above 22 ° C support the gonadal development of C. columbiensis and a decline may triggerSpawning occurred in all months with different frequencies, apparently the reproductive cycle is related only to temperature.
Female gonad morphology and maturation in Centropages furcatus (Dana, 1852)
The histological analysis revealed that, similar to most calanoid copepods, the sac-shaped ovary of C. furcatus is located dorsally to the centre of the prosoma; oocyte maturation takes place outside the ovary; however, the spatial location of oocytes differs from the one described for the Calanus-type gonad.
