Tannic acid treatment protects AZT induced hepatotoxicity by decreasing the ALT, AST and alkaline phosphatase levels and significantly reduces the oxidative damage by preventing reduction in glutathione and decreasing the level of malondialdehyde in liver of AZT treated mice.

Evaluation of Toxicity Profile of Zoledronic Acid in Wistar Rat: A Sub-chronic Toxicity Study
It was inferred from results of this study that the intravenous Zoledronic acid is non-toxic even at very high dose level as compared to human dose, which is likely to become the treatment of choice for hypercalcemia of malignancy and osteoporosis with potentially minimal side effects.
Sub-Chronic Toxicity Study of Fixed Dose Combination of Ofloxacin- Ornidazole in Mus Musculus Mice
Results suggest that the fixed dose combination of Ofloxacin-Ornidazole injection is non toxic even at maximum dose level, found highly effective as well as synergistic.
