Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors Influence ABCG2 Expression in EGFR‐Positive MDCK BCRP Cells via the PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway
Seven different TKIs are investigated for their potential to restore ABCG2 sensitivity to cells and it is assumed that EGFR exerts a post‐transcriptional enhancing effect onABCG2 expression via the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, which can be attenuated by EGFR inhibitors.

- Biology
- 2008
In vitro mutagenesis techniques were applied to investigate the effects of gamma irradiation at 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50Gy on physiological changes in Citrus sinensis and revealed that based on the height increment, the LD (gamma doses that killed 50% 50 of the plantlets) ofThe plantlets were achieved at 27Gy.
