A short overview of the results obtained by the authors and their colleagues for a long time in the field of the antenna synthesis theory and the related problems of the field transformation is presented. The main common subject in all problems are the free phase functions ascribed to the given amplitude patterns of the antennas, or appearing as the phase… (More)
—The bufferbloat is a serious problem of the modern nets with complex organization. The persistent saturation of the net with an excessive buffering on hops results in a huge latency which can make interactive and realtime connections practically unusable. Most research in this area is devoted to Active Queue Management (AQM) which is used to keep the… (More)
—ARTCP is a transport level communication protocol based on TCP. It uses temporal characteristics of data flow to control it, that allows to split algorithms of congestion avoidance and reliable delivery. The article discusses possible ARTCP header structure and practical aspects of forming the header and calculation of the header fields. It demonstrates… (More)
The article describes TCP TIPS, the transport layer protocol, which aim is to efficiently use the available bandwidth. This protocol implements the proactive methods for congestion avoidance. These methods allow TCP TIPS to yield the required amount of bandwidth to high-priority flows with realtime data and to use this amount, when it becomes available.
