Cor triatriatum is a congenital malformation of the heart which is usually presented with heart failure. We have dealt with an unusual presentation of a two-month-old child with cor triatriatum presented with hemolytic anemia.
We report the case of a 41 years old woman who presented with massive bleeding after redo mitral valve replacement. A Left ventricular rupture, different from the three known types of wall rupture was hardly identified and controlled with extreme difficulty.
