Linkage among isozyme, RFLP and RAPD markers in Vicia faba
Segregating allozyme and DNA polymorphisms were used to construct a preliminary linkage map for faba bean, suggesting that it may share some homology with chromosome 4 of garden pea on which three similar markers are syntenic.

This work has investigated the potential for cross-species amplification of 209 expressed sequence tag (EST)-based and 33 bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC)-based microsatellites from M. truncatula in the three most important European legume pulses—pea, faba bean and chickpea—that might facilitate future comparative mapping.
Genetic mapping of QTLs controlling horticultural traits in diploid roses
The genetic maps developed in this study will be useful to add new markers and locate genes for important traits in the genus providing a practical resource for marker-assisted selection programs in roses.
LEAF ISOZYMES AS GENETIC MARKERS IN CITRUS
The genetic control of isozymes from Citrus and its near relatives was determined for three gene/ enzyme systems: glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase, phosphoglucose isomerase and phosphoglucose…
Comparative genomics to bridge Vicia faba with model and closely-related legume species: stability of QTLs for flowering and yield-related traits

The new genetic map opens the way for further translational studies between faba bean and related legume species, and provides an efficient tool for breeding applications such as QTL analysis and marker-assisted selection.
ENZYME POLYMORPHISMS AS GENETIC MARKERS IN THE AVOCADO
This is the first report of molecular genetics and of the genetics of any single-gene character for the avocado, and no isozyme evidence contradicted the reported parentage of several cvs of hybrid or selfed origin.
Total phenolics and high-performance liquid chromatography of phenolic acids of avocado
Repartition des phenols totaux (sous forme d'equivalent d'acide gallique) dans les feuilles, les fruits et le noyau de plusieurs varietes d'avocatier. Description d'un protocole d'identification et…

Fruit and Leaf Isozymes as Genetic Markers in Avocado1
Leaf samples of over 100 avocado cultivars and 8 other Persea species were analyzed for isozyme variation of peroxidase, malate dehydrogenase (MDH), leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) and phosphoglucose mutase (PGM).
