The overall odds ratio for the 19 studies where the major malformation rate for IVF or ICSI cases was compared to an appropriate control group was statistically significant at the 5% level and some of them have design flaws.

Data from 932 patients with leukemia who received bone marrow transplants were analyzed to determine factors associated with an increased risk of developing interstitial pneumonitis, and these findings may help to identify patients at high risk for this complication.
