TLDR
The presence of PAF receptor on the spermatozoa of 10 stallions was investigated by immunofluorescence microscopy and statistical analysis revealed that the fluorescence intensity, FI, in the postacrosomal region was significantly higher than that in any other region of stallion spermutozoa.
