General support was provided for the reliability of self-report as a measure of caffeine consumption and the general efficacy of caffeine fading was supported, although there were indications that maintenance effects may have been over-estimated in previous studies.

Nigella sativa provides a therapeutic effect by decreasing the number of fungal colonies and increasing IgM levels in rats and showing a significant difference in the increase in IgG levels compared to the others group, while the IgG level did not show asignificant difference.
