Immediate and long-term effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) on urine enzymes were studied in 200 patients with nephrolithiasis (NL). The patients had abnormally high urine excretion of AP, GGT, APA, LDH and NAG, whereas aminotransferases excretion was low.
