- Nathalie Zink-LorreAzahara Doncel-Giménez F. Fernández‐Lázaro
- 6 August 2019
Chemistry
(Un)substituted perylenediimides react with (un)functionalized benzynes yielding core-expanded diimides.
Near-Infrared Photoelectrochemical Conversion via Photoinduced Charge Separation in Supramolecular Complexes of Anionic Phthalocyanines with Li(+)@C60.
- Y. KawashimaK. Ohkubo S. Fukuzumi
- 9 February 2015
Chemistry, Materials Science
The IPCE (incident photon-to-photocurrent efficiency) values of OTE/SnO2/(ZnPc·4(4-)/Li(+)@C60)n were much higher than the sum of the two IPCE values of the individual systems OTE/, and the small electronic coupling term results from the spin-forbidden back electron transfer due to the triplet CS state.
The 4,4'-(1,2-ethanediyl)bisbenzyl biradical: its generation, detection, and (photo)chemical behavior in solution.
- M. MirandaE. Font-SanchisJ. Pérez‐PrietoJ. Scaiano
- 20 March 2001
Chemistry
Two-laser two-color flash photolysis shows that biradical 2 is photostable in solution at room temperature, and formation of p-xylylene (1) from 2 occurs neither thermally nor photochemically.
Bond dissociation energies for radical dimers derived from highly stabilized carbon-centered radicals.
- M. FrenetteC. AliagaE. Font-SanchisJ. Scaiano
- 29 June 2004
Chemistry
The temperature dependence of the dissociation of dimers formed from highly stabilized carbon-centered radicals has been examined and the bond dissociation energy (BDE) for the central head-to-head C-C bond in these compounds is found.
Temperature-dependent photochemistry of 1,3-diphenylpropenes. The di-pi-methane reaction revisited.
- F. LewisX. Zuo J. Pérez‐Prieto
- 5 December 2001
Chemistry
Kinetic modeling of temperature-dependent singlet decay times and quantum yields of fluorescence, isomerization, di-pi-methane rearrangement, and nonradiative decay provides rate constants and activation parameters for each of the primary and secondary processes.
Alkoxy-styryl DCDHF fluorophores.
- E. Font-SanchisR. Galian J. Pérez‐Prieto
- 6 July 2010
Chemistry
A photostable dicyanomethylenedihydrofuran fluorophore which contains electron-donating alkoxy groups is described, which is highly environmentally-sensitive and enables the formation of dark states whose radical or triplet nature is ruled out.
One- vs. Two-Photon Processes in the Photochemistry of 1,n-Dihaloalkanes
- M. MirandaJ. Pérez‐PrietoE. Font-SanchisJ. Scaiano
- 11 December 2001
Chemistry
1,n-Dihaloalkanes can be photochemical precursors of n-haloalkyl and -allyl radicals and cations, which are generated via one-photon processes. Time-resolved techniques have provided considerable…
