耐旱植物厚叶旋蒴苣苔 BDN1 脱水素基因的克隆及表达特性分析
根据已知植物脱水素基因的保守区域设计引物,采用RT-PCR方法从耐旱植物厚叶旋蒴苣苔的总cDNA中扩增出一个500 bp的与植物脱水素基因同源的序列.结合5′RACE获得了植物脱水素基因家族一个新成员 BDN1 的全长cDNA(1148bp). Southern杂交分析表明, BDN1 基因在厚叶旋蒴苣苔基因组中以单拷贝形式存在.Expand
